What counts toward TVL?

TVL adds the pool’s available test credits and outstanding principal. It includes seeded treasury funds and collector deposits. Collateral estimates and unearned fees are excluded. Utilization is outstanding principal divided by TVL. TVL does not measure safety or the amount available to withdraw.
